When is Whole Grain not good for you?

Everyday we are bombarded by images on tv and print telling us that to lose weight or be healthy we have to eat whole grain wheat. This may not be the best advice for everyone. Some people have terrible bloating and pain as a result of eating whole grain wheat. The reaction can also move into the skin causing eczema and other dry skin disorders. If after eating your clothes no longer seem to fit or your waist is significantly bloated after a meal, you might want to try gluten elimination. There are plenty of other avenues to get fiber such as beans, vegetables and even fruits such as prunes. From personal experience I have noted that when it comes to intolerance, avoiding whole grains has saved me much pain and embarrassment.
